Why I wrote it: As a therapist and mom, I know this time of year can be the hardest for many people. We want to feel joyful, but stress, busyness, family demands, and tougher issues like grief and loneliness can get in the way. All is Calm…ish is me talking you through the season, offering perspective and tools to help you focus on what matters most.

I wrote it in 31 short chapters for a reason—it’s meant to be read a little at a time, bringing perspective and peace from November through January 1st. It would also make a great holiday gift for someone you know needs a little more peace this season.
